These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Albertic AI platform, website at albertic.in, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Albertic AI ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@albertic.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without express written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, data processing pipelines, and documentation, is owned by Albertic AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service provides AI-generated insights derived from satellite data and other sources. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions with significant consequences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated to you before you incur charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@albertic.in. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albertic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Albertic AI, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
